We value your time and investment, and we request that you understand the nature of the work involved before requesting refunds or cancellations.

Project Planning and Milestones

All our projects are planned and executed in well-defined stages (milestones).
Before any project begins, we carry out a detailed discovery phase that includes research, analysis, and documentation of a scope of work to ensure mutual understanding and to minimize misunderstandings or cancellations.

Refund Policy Guidelines

  • No Refund for Completed Work
    As time, effort, and resources go into achieving each milestone, refunds are not available for work already completed.
  • Mutual Project Termination
    If a project is terminated by mutual agreement, all work completed up to that point will be handed over to the client. Any outstanding payments for future work will be waived, but no previous payments or deposits will be refunded.
  • Design Phase Approval
    Once the client has approved the initial mock-up or design concepts and the project moves into development, no refunds will be issued.
  • No Partial Refunds for In-Progress Milestones
    We do not offer partial refunds for projects that are mid-way through a milestone or module.
  • Promotional and Discounted Offers
    No cancellations or refunds will be accepted for services offered under special promotional pricing or limited-time campaigns.
  • SEO & Digital Marketing Services (Including PPC)
    Due to the nature of SEO and digital advertising (such as Google Ads), no refunds are issued for these services. However, clients may cancel their ongoing packages by providing a written notice at least 30 days in advance.
  • Dormant or Abandoned Projects
    We do not offer refunds for projects that are abandoned or left inactive for more than 30 days without any client response or input.
